crush of humanity

a few weeks ago, my sister and i were getting off from a really crowded train we heard a father tell his daughter to wait for the crush of humanity to pass. we laughed at it, but for some reason that phrase has really stuck with me. i'm not sure whether it's because of this winter weather that is known to make people morose, but i'm definitely feeling it. also, probably because its twilight right now, it always invokes a certain wistfulness in me that i can't really explain. watching movie after movie on netflix haaah. wish it was summer again.
