a few weeks ago, my sister and i were getting off from a really crowded train we heard a father tell his daughter to wait for the crush of humanity to pass. we laughed at it, but for some reason that phrase has really stuck with me. i'm not sure whether it's because of this winter weather that is known to make people morose, but i'm definitely feeling it. also, probably because its twilight right now, it always invokes a certain wistfulness in me that i can't really explain. watching movie after movie on netflix haaah. wish it was summer again.

ai weiwei's newest art piece at the tate museum in london. i ono man--it feels like such a waste, 2 full years of making these fake, porcelain sunflower seeds just to make a point, but on the other hand, that in itself is the statement. it feels like something you would just pass by/walk on for 2.5 minutes, and that's the end of it. i just feel bad for the workers who hand painted all of them *~*

also, i received a muji cube tshirt a few days ago! mine is lavender!
